Nera Telecommunications Ltd is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager in Singapore to help expand its presence across FSI and large enterprise customers. The role focuses on winning new business, growing existing accounts, and building long-term customer partnerships.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the expansion of business across the FSI and large enterprise segments.
  • Generate both incremental revenue and fresh sales opportunities from net-new, greenfield accounts.
  • Create and execute a sales plan that broadens the customer base and strengthens market presence.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts as well as expense reports.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, build and maintain the sales pipeline, manage opportunities through to closure, and work consistently toward quota attainment.
  • Handle tenders and RFQs independently.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, executive sponsors, and other decision-makers within the account portfolio.
  • Keep internal and external stakeholders informed with clear updates on monthly and quarterly initiatives.
  • Ensure solutions are delivered on time and aligned with customer requirements and goals.
  • Support high-priority issues and escalations when required.

Requirements

  • A Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate qualification, or an equivalent credential is required.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience is needed, with exposure to network and cybersecurity solutions.
  • A strong record of sales performance and account management is expected.
  • Background in developing and executing major account strategies, with the ability to deliver customer-centric solutions, will be an advantage.
  • Experience managing high-volume sales activity or RFP/tender processes is preferred.
