Job Overview
We are urgently seeking enthusiastic and skilled Recruiters with a blend of Engineering and IT recruitment experience to join our teams in Noida and Gurugram. These roles involve hiring for a diverse range of engineering positions across several industry domains, with immediate joining preferred. We offer benefits in line with company policies and a salary structured relative to existing compensation.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for engineering roles such as Electrical Engineer, Hardware Engineer, LabVIEW Engineer, Embedded Engineer, Validation Engineer, Controls/Automation Engineer, CNC Mechanical Engineer, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer, and PLC Engineer.
- Work closely with clients from various industries including Automotive, Aerospace, Semiconductor, Oil & Gas, Heavy Industry, and Medical Devices.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a minimum of six months up to five years of experience in engineering recruitment, especially handling engineering clients and roles.
- Preference to candidates with prior engagement with reputed organizations like LTTS, Cyient, Quest Global, Tata Technologies, Wipro Technologies (ERS), HCL (ERS), Tata Elxsi, among others.
- Qualification: Any graduate.
