Position Overview

The End User Computing Analyst plays a vital role in managing and supporting all endpoint devices across MedHealth. This position ensures the seamless operation, security, and alignment of endpoint technologies with business goals, enhancing the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle management of end user devices, encompassing upgrades, patch installation, and replacements.
  • Develop and sustain device imaging processes to facilitate rapid deployment across systems.
  • Administer operating system deployment, updates, and security compliance.
  • Install, update, and manage installation of essential business software applications.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Ensure endpoint devices comply with MedHealth policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and report on the health and performance of end user devices and applications.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar End User Computing Analyst role.
  • Proficient understanding of operating systems and hardware components.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune for Mobile Application Management (MAM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • Expertise in using Windows Autopilot for device configuration.
  • Competence in software deployment, updates, and patch management.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation, particularly PowerShell.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting aptitude.
  • Knowledge of third-party patch management tools such as Patch My PC.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals and security principles.
  • Experience managing Group Policy, including application whitelisting procedures.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities and communication skills.
  • Experience with device management portals, including Knox, HP Connect, and TeamViewer Console.
  • Proficient in using ticketing systems like Freshservice for incident, request, and change management.
