This multifaceted position involves overseeing and facilitating employment practices at the site, handling recruitment, selection, and onboarding procedures while maintaining an engaging and supportive environment.

• Implement and sustain effective employment practices on-site.
• Coordinate and manage people-centered initiatives and activities, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide strong support and service to managers, applicants, and employees.
