Electrical Technician

Overview

Enersoftrical India Private Limited is seeking a full-time Technician specialized in Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Mechanical disciplines to join their Projects & Maintenance department in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Both freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply. The role involves installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance across various client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical wiring including concealed and surface installations, cable laying, dressing, and termination.
• Install lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, distribution boards (DBs), and LT panels.
• Handle installation and upkeep of electrical components such as MCBs, MCCBs, RCCBs, and perform earthing and fault troubleshooting.
• Assist HVAC system installation and maintenance including split, cassette, and ductable AC units, and carry out basic troubleshooting.
• Support fire fighting systems installation, including pumps, hydrants, fire alarms, smoke detectors, and related piping work.
• Assist mechanical equipment installation and maintenance, including pumps, motors, piping, fitting, assembly, and repair tasks.
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors ensuring compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Maintain tools, machinery, and equipment; ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to safety using personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work flexibly across multiple client and project sites as required.

Requirements

• Educational background in ITI Electrician/Wireman, ITI Fitter/Mechanical, ITI Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, ITI Fire & Safety, Electrical/Mechanical Trade Certificate, Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or 10th/12th pass with relevant technical experience.
• Basic technical proficiency in Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Mechanical disciplines.
• Competence in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and follow safety instructions.
• Willingness to learn multiple MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire fighting) services and work under supervision.

Compensation and Schedule

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, based on qualification, experience, skills, and interview outcome.
• Working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with flexibility according to project or client needs.
