Role Overview

As an Education Counsellor based in Noida, you will serve as a guide for students and their parents, advising them on academic programs, career opportunities, and available courses. The position requires engagement through multiple communication channels including phone calls, emails, and chat to provide detailed information about courses, admission processes, and scholarships.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact proactively with prospective students and parents to explain academic offerings and career paths.
• Follow up with potential leads via calls, emails, and chat platforms to convey relevant program and scholarship details.
• Assist applicants throughout the admission process and support the conversion of leads into enrollments.
• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to accurately track all interactions and progress.

Candidate Profile

• Should possess a graduate degree and demonstrate strong communication and counseling abilities.
• Prior experience in sales or lead conversion is advantageous.
• Must be customer-oriented, focused on achieving targets, with outstanding follow-up skills.
