Role Overview
We seek a highly organised and meticulous E-commerce & Performance Marketing Administrative Assistant to aid in daily operations of our e-commerce platform and assist with executing performance marketing strategies. This position is hands-on, concentrating on backend setups, managing e-commerce tasks, and maintaining the website, all while collaborating with marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure effective workflow.
Key Duties
- Assist with uploading and sustaining product listings, including titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and attributes.
- Manage updates to the website such as homepage content, collection filters, landing pages, and seasonal campaigns.
- Support product launches and merchandising updates aligned with the business calendar.
- Ensure site content remains accurate, consistent with branding, and updated across all devices.
- Perform quality assurance checks covering links, pages, and user experience issues, alongside general website upkeep.
- Conduct weekly assessments of the website to discover opportunities for upselling and improve the user experience.
- Assist with setting up and optimising email marketing flows.
- Oversee catalogue management across social media platforms such as Meta, Google, and Pinterest.
- Aid in campaign setup across paid advertising channels like Meta, Pinterest, and Google by uploading creatives, copy, audiences, and tracking links.
- Maintain consistent campaign naming and documentation.
- Help monitor campaign progression and promptly report any performance or learning obstacles.
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or administrative support roles.
- Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Effective multitasking skills and capability to meet deadlines.
- Experience working with Shopify platform.
- Knowledge of Sanity or similar content management systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads platforms.
- Basic understanding of paid media metrics such as ROAS, CPC, and CPA.
- Experience using email marketing tools, preferably Klaviyo.
