E-Commerce Packing and Order Processing Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible E-Commerce Packing and Order Processing Executive to oversee daily product packaging, order fulfillment, and shipment dispatch activities for platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.

Key Duties

• Accurately pick and verify products for Amazon FBA shipments, ensuring SKU, quantity, size, color, model, and condition compliance.
• Securely pack products following packaging standards, apply labels and barcodes correctly, prepare cartons for dispatch, and maintain records of packed and shipped inventory.
• Manage Amazon MFN (seller-fulfilled) orders by verifying order details, printing invoices and shipping documents, packaging products safely, labeling packages, and updating shipment statuses in Seller Central.
• Process Flipkart orders by verifying new orders, picking accurate products, preparing and labeling shipments per Flipkart requirements, coordinating with pickup partners, and maintaining shipment records.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure correct products, quantities, intact packaging, appropriate barcodes, and accurate labeling before dispatch.
• Maintain the warehouse packing area organized and clean, ensure packing materials are stocked and ready, assist with inventory counts, and follow company safety and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• Basic computer proficiency including operation of barcode scanners and printers.
• Familiarity or willingness to learn Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub platforms.
• Attention to detail with capability to read SKUs and shipping labels accurately.
• Basic Excel knowledge is beneficial.
• Good counting and inventory management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadline pressure.
• Honesty, reliability, and punctuality.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Amazon FBA packing and inventory preparation.
• Handling Amazon MFN/self-shipped orders.
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub operations.
• Experience with e-commerce warehouse order processing, packing, dispatch, and inventory management.
• Skill in barcode scanning and courier or logistics coordination.

Performance Expectations

• Maintain high accuracy in packing and order processing.
• Process orders within stipulated dispatch times.
• Reduce errors such as incorrect product or SKU shipments and packing mistakes.
• Manage precise inventory and dispatch records.
• Adhere to all marketplace and company procedures.
• Keep packing and warehouse areas clean and orderly.

Working Hours

Standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Hours may fluctuate during high-demand times like sales events and festivals.

Compensation

The monthly salary range is between 7000 and 15000 INR.
