E-Commerce Coordinator

Role Overview

This position is responsible for managing daily e-commerce operations by coordinating deliverables among creative, production, and marketing teams. The role ensures smooth transitions from concept through product launch, maintaining website functionality and brand-aligned aesthetics for an exceptional online experience. The position is based full-time onsite in Nashville, TN, reporting directly to the Digital Marketing & Content Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between production and e-commerce departments to guarantee seamless flow of styles from development to launch.
• Oversee creation and upkeep of product pages, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure precision in product descriptions, garment measurements, images, size guidance, and related data.
• Conduct frequent re-merchandising and update product collections as needed.
• Monitor inventory and sales data to enhance product placement and online visibility.
• Support website maintenance tasks such as refreshing the homepage, updating collections, and optimizing navigation structure.
• Manage and organize the product-specific photo archive, ensuring assets are systematically stored and accessible.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a collaborative approach, open to feedback and adjustments.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain awareness of overall objectives.
• Strong team player with a robust work ethic, comfortable handling multiple projects in a lively work environment.
• Possesses a bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of two years' experience working in digital marketing or e-commerce sectors.
