E-commerce Assistant

About the Role

Pippa Small Jewellery Ltd is seeking a committed and detail-focused E-commerce Assistant to join their E-commerce team full-time at their London location. This role offers an excellent platform for someone eager to advance a career in luxury online retail within a close-knit team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload new product listings and ensure accurate product descriptions including measurements and relevant details on the website.
• Conduct management of daily website orders, including overseeing packing and shipping processes.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and update availability on the website regularly.
• Coordinate photoshoots with photographers and prepare comprehensive shoot lists.
• Organize and manage digital assets efficiently.
• Provide daily client care and handle customer communication effectively.
• Create marketing campaigns using the Klaviyo platform and collaborate with the Los Angeles team to coordinate global mailers.

Required Skills and Experience

• Preferably some familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo, though not mandatory.
• Experience in logistics is advantageous.
• Must hold an undergraduate degree.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is necessary.
• Previous experience in e-commerce or customer service roles is preferred.

Additional Information

• Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
