Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Doctor to serve as a leader within our dental office, providing guidance and support to the office manager and team leads. The role involves fostering a positive workplace environment by ensuring everyone upholds our core values and holds themselves accountable.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding dental care by continuously striving to improve the quality of services rendered.
- Build strong relationships with patients by actively listening and addressing their needs to establish trust both in the dentist and the practice.
- Maintain all required licensures and exceed continuing education requirements to adhere to NYS dental standards and the policies of Finger Lakes Dental Care.
