Role and Responsibilities
- Plan and implement sales strategies on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis to meet revenue and inventory goals.
- Lead, guide, and develop a team consisting of Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Executives.
- Build and nurture relationships with channel partners, IPCs, brokers, and corporate customers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to run effective lead generation initiatives.
- Enhance conversion rates from leads to site visits and from site visits to confirmed bookings.
- Maintain discipline in CRM practices, manage lead distribution, and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
- Track sales management information systems (MIS), monitor inventory movement, analyze conversion metrics, and oversee collection progress.
- Conduct thorough competitor and market intelligence analysis.
- Deliver weekly and monthly business performance reports to senior management.
- Uphold ethical standards in sales processes and ensure compliance with established protocols.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Over 15 years' experience in real estate sales.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership position within a recognized real estate development company.
- Demonstrated success in launching and marketing residential real estate projects.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the NCR real estate market, with a focus on Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad regions.
