Responsibilities
- Develop automation logic implementing business needs primarily using VMware vRealize Automation (Saltstack).
- Collaborate within a supportive team to analyze and optimize operational processes for Managed Services customers through automation.
- Enhance the quality and efficiency of workflows related to deployment, software updates, and technical administration tasks.
- Contribute strategically and technically to the advancement of internal IT infrastructures.
- Conduct troubleshooting, refine existing application logic, and further develop these solutions.
- Independently prepare documentation for projects and provide training to internal staff.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as an application development IT specialist or equivalent qualification.
- Experience developing and supporting automation solutions using VMware vRealize Automation (Saltstack) or other DataCenter automation tools like Ansible or Puppet.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems; scripting knowledge with Shell or PowerShell is expected.
- Preferably, initial experience with database management systems such as Oracle Database or PostgreSQL.
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with adaptability to changing demands.
- Enjoy working collaboratively in teams and demonstrate a high level of commitment.
- Good command of English language skills.
