Job Purpose
The Deputy Manager - Advertisement plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by aiding the execution of sales strategies and managing client communications. This position emphasizes data handling, reporting, market research to uncover growth prospects, and contributing to the implementation of sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives, providing necessary administrative and logistical aid.
- Prepare polished sales presentations, proposals, and contracts ensuring thoroughness and professionalism.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to resolve queries, offer support, and follow up on pending proposals.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Manage and accurately record sales activities, client engagements, and performance metrics.
- Help generate detailed sales reports and forecasts for management highlighting significant insights and trends.
- Monitor key sales metrics including revenue growth, conversion rates, and costs to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
- Develop comprehensive reports highlighting trends, areas for enhancement, and actionable recommendations.
- Perform market research to pinpoint potential leads and business expansion opportunities.
- Analyze competitor actions and market trends to guide sales tactic adjustments.
Key Stakeholders
Internal: Sales Advertisement Lead, Marketing, Finance, Commercial, and HR departments.
External: Clients, Advertising Agencies, Vendors, and Concessionaires.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- 3 to 5 years experience in sales support roles, preferably within advertising or media sectors.
