About The Position
We are seeking a part-time Dental Receptionist to become part of our welcoming team at a modern four-chair dental practice. This role is perfect for individuals starting their dental career or those seeking receptionist experience with ample chances for learning and growth in a supportive environment.

As the initial contact point, you will play a crucial role in making every patient feel comfortable and cared for upon arrival. This position suits someone who enjoys engaging with people, values collaboration, and is dedicated to exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome patients, manage their check-in and check-out processes, and coordinate appointment scheduling.
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries about treatments, and addressing patient questions or complaints.
- Process billing and payments, assist with billing inquiries, insurance verification, and support patients with payment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records adhering to compliance regulations.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
- Collaborate closely with dental staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and effective communication between front and back offices.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist; certification such as Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A friendly, enthusiastic personality committed to learning and teamwork.
- Ability and willingness to collaborate effectively with dental professionals to deliver excellent patient care.
- Experience using EXACT practice management software is preferred but not required.
