Role Overview

Delivery Drivers at GSF Car Parts are essential team members who represent the company by ensuring timely delivery of automotive parts while maintaining excellent customer service standards. They not only facilitate successful deliveries within a 40-mile radius but also provide valuable insights on customer feedback and competitor activity to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver automotive parts to customers within a 40-mile radius from the branch location.
• Maintain high-quality customer service throughout each delivery interaction.
• Report relevant customer and competitor information to the branch team.
• Load delivery vehicles carefully following established procedures.
• Handle collection of customer returns as necessary.
• Perform daily vehicle maintenance checks to ensure safety and operability.
• Assist in warehouse activities when required.
• Support Inter-Branch Transfer Deliveries as needed.

Working Hours

Work schedule consists of approximately 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays included.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a full UK driving license with no more than six penalty points.
• Minimum of three years driving experience is required.
• Excellent familiarity with the geographic area within a 40-mile radius of the branch.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred.
• Strong commitment to high standards of customer service.
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently with good punctuality.
• Customer-oriented mindset, motivated to exceed expectations.
