Delivery Boy

About the Role

As a Delivery Boy for Blinkit, your main responsibility will be collecting grocery items or parcels from Blinkit's dark store and delivering them promptly to customers within a target of 10-20 minutes. The position involves primarily field work requiring the use of a bike or scooter, and interaction with the Blinkit Partner App to manage orders and maintain performance ratings.

Work Schedule and Compensation

The job offers flexible full-time or part-time shifts including morning, evening, and night options. Compensation is based on per order payment plus incentives and petrol allowance rather than a fixed salary. Earnings vary depending on hours worked, order volume, and location demand.

Expected Earnings

• Per order payment ranges between ₹20 and ₹35
• Typical monthly earnings average between ₹20,000 and ₹30,000 for standard full-time work
• High performers working longer hours could earn ₹40,000 to ₹70,000 monthly
• With heavy work and incentives, earnings above ₹80,000 per month are attainable

Working Conditions and Requirements

• Working 10-12+ hours daily with 25-40+ orders per day is needed to reach higher earnings
• Peak hours work primarily during evening and night in busy locations
• Own bike and valid driving license mandatory
• Smartphone with Android OS required to access partner app
• Possession of Aadhaar, PAN card, and bank account is necessary
• Minimum age: 18 years
