Job Overview

As a Deli/Bakery Team Associate, your main focus is to craft high-quality deli and bakery products while offering excellent customer service at the service counter. You will also be responsible for moving merchandise to the sales floor and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards to ensure a safe, hygienic environment.

Compensation

• The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18 to $31, guaranteed to meet or exceed local minimum wage requirements.
• Performance-based incentives are awarded annually or quarterly.
• Additional premiums between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be provided depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks performed. Multiple premiums can apply simultaneously if criteria are met.

• Available shifts: Mid-shift and Closing shifts.
