Role Overview
As a Debt Recovery Agent at Singh Asset Recon Services Private Limited, you will be tasked with reaching out to customers who have pending or overdue accounts to understand and discuss their financial condition. The role involves making timely outbound calls to manage debt recovery efficiently while also handling inbound queries from customers who respond to reminders or seek to resolve their outstanding dues.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telephone calls to customers with overdue accounts to negotiate repayment plans.
- Handle inbound communication from customers regarding their account status and payments.
- Negotiate repayment terms firmly to ensure prompt collection of dues.
- Efficiently manage a high volume of outbound calls within specified time frames.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary range from 14000 to 33000 INR based on performance and experience.
