Role Overview

As a Data Visualisation Executive, you'll be essential in delivering our media activation services, managing and enhancing the accuracy and evolution of client dashboards and reporting platforms, particularly within Adverity. Your key tasks involve consolidating diverse marketing data into coherent visual reports that uncover insights and demonstrate campaign impacts.

This position requires close collaboration with the data team, channel specialists, internal teams, suppliers, and clients to maintain data integrity, structure information clearly, and comply with necessary data governance.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and refine dashboards and reports primarily using Adverity.
• Integrate data from multiple marketing platforms into accurate and understandable visual formats.
• Collaborate with channel specialists to tailor dashboards to meet client needs.
• Thoroughly validate data in reports, spotting errors and inconsistencies.
• Assist clients in onboarding and using dashboards effectively.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality reporting that aligns with agency templates and standards.
• Propose and implement improved data visualisation techniques based on feedback.
• Engage assertively and professionally with colleagues, suppliers, and clients to uphold standards and meet objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 1-2 years hands-on experience with data visualisation platforms relevant to marketing or media, ideally Adverity; familiarity with Looker, Power BI, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of effective dashboard design and data presentation.
• Comfortable interpreting marketing and media data, grasping key metrics.
• Meticulous attention to detail, capable of verifying data accuracy.
• Effective communicator able to explain complex data insights clearly to non-specialists.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience with SQL and/or Python programming.
• Knowledge of integrating data sources via APIs or connectors.
• Exposure to multiple data visualisation tools.
