About the Role
Join our Stuttgart-based team as a Data Scientist and contribute to advanced analytics projects using modern AI and machine learning techniques. You will engage in data analysis, feature engineering, predictive modeling, and the deployment of models while translating complex data into understandable and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive data analysis, profiling, and develop features to enhance model performance.
- Create predictive models and deploy them for real-world applications.
- Interpret complex datasets and craft compelling narratives to simplify insights for stakeholders.
- Utilize statistical methods and data management principles to generate meaningful visualizations.
- Prepare use cases, design user interfaces, and produce user manuals and training documentation.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proactive, highly self-driven, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Apache Spark frameworks.
- Proficient with MS Office tools.
- Strong IT knowledge and a keen interest in continuously developing technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptable, ambitious, and flexible in a dynamic work environment.
