Role overview
Insight Global is hiring a remote Data Entry Specialist to support a short-term data validation project. The work is focused on reviewing, cleaning, and confirming the accuracy of large spreadsheet-based records.
Work arrangement
This is a remote contract role based in the United States. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, with some flexibility around the time zone. The assignment is expected to last 6 to 7 weeks, and it may be extended depending on project workload.
Key responsibilities
- Check and verify more than 60,000 records in Excel files.
- Compare information across three main columns and correct any mismatches so the data is represented accurately.
- Spot inconsistencies, investigate the correct details, and make necessary updates.
- Keep all records precise and carefully maintained throughout the update process.
- Work at a pace that supports project deadlines and expected output levels.
Required experience and tools
- Proven background in data entry and data validation work.
- Strong focus on accuracy and detail-oriented execution.
- Ability to work independently with limited oversight.
- Comfort using Microsoft Excel for data handling.

This assignment is time-sensitive and centered on high-volume spreadsheet review. The duration may be extended if the project requires additional support.
