Job Role Overview
This position involves meticulous updating and management of Aadhaar information including personal details such as name, address, date of birth, mobile number, along with biometric data. The operator will play a pivotal role in capturing and verifying demographic and biometric information precisely.
Key Responsibilities
- Update Aadhaar records with accurate personal and biometric data.
- Verify the authenticity of supporting documents submitted by applicants.
- Adhere strictly to UIDAI guidelines ensuring data privacy and security standards are met.
- Maintain organized records and issue enrollment or update receipts timely.
- Provide assistance and support to citizens regarding Aadhaar enrolment and related queries.
