About the Role
A well-established travel and hospitality company is seeking a meticulous Data Entry Administrator for a six-month contractual engagement, with prospects of transitioning to a permanent role. This position offers a chance to work within a vibrant environment that promotes cross-departmental collaboration across operations, sales support, and client administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain client profiles, booking information, and travel details using CRM software.
- Accurately produce and process client invoices in a timely fashion.
- Verify booking documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Provide administrative and data support to Sales Agents and other internal teams.
- Ensure that all invoices adhere to internal standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with teams in Operations, Sales, Air, and Support to address data discrepancies and maintain efficient workflows.
- Contribute to process enhancements aimed at improving accuracy and productivity.
- Keep client information secure and confidential.
- Organize and manage data records across various company systems.
Requirements
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative assistance, travel operations, or similar fields.
- Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to maintaining accuracy.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-moving setting.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in the travel or hospitality sector.
- Knowledge of invoicing and billing procedures.
- Experience with HubSpot or ClientBase software.
- TICO certification or licensing.
- Experience supporting various internal stakeholders concurrently.
