Role Overview

As a Logistics Associate at Milestone, you will be responsible for securely moving components in and around the client Data Centers using various equipment and technology. You will be part of a team that ensures accurate inventory management, timely shipments and receipts, and safe handling of materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a logistics team or work independently as required.
• Maintain strict control over inventory and ensure precise system updates.
• Ensure shipments and receipts are accurate and occur on schedule.
• Transport items manually or via equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and box trucks, following all safety protocols.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned while prioritizing quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Contribute to overall service excellence and alignment with Milestone's core values, including urgency, collaboration, respect, integrity, and exceeding expectations.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least one year of experience in operations or material handling within warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
• Ability to follow instructions and function well as part of a team.
• Proactive in completing assigned tasks independently.
• Adaptability to changing workload priorities.
• Positive, respectful, and professional demeanor.
• Fundamental knowledge of workplace safety practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Willingness to embrace challenges and learn new capabilities.
• Experience in managing inventory control and workflow prioritization.
• Proficient using computers, iPads, iPhones, Windows and Apple operating systems, and related peripherals.
• Prior experience operating forklifts or electric pallet jacks.

Physical Requirements

• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Capability to stand for extended periods and cover significant walking distances within warehouses or data centers.

Compensation

Salary will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience, skill set, certifications, and location.
