Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst focused on Supply Chain and Logistics to join our team in Greater Boston. This role entails analyzing logistics, inventory, and operational datasets to boost supply chain efficiency, optimize performance, and support key strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, preprocess, and analyze supply chain and logistics data originating from diverse sources.
- Create dashboards and generate reports that track inventory levels, transportation activities, and operational metrics.
- Detect patterns, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities within supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with teams in supply chain, operations, procurement, and broader business units to enable data-driven decisions.
- Guarantee the precision, consistency, and high quality of data and reports.
- Communicate analytical insights and actionable recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Between 2 and 4 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or operational contexts.
- Proven proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization platforms.
- Familiarity with supply chain, inventory, or logistics datasets.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of supply chain analytics concepts, inventory control, and logistics reporting mechanisms.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python or R for analytical purposes.
- Exposure to ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is advantageous.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate are beneficial.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States independently without requiring sponsorship.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000.
