Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate across departments to interpret workforce data and translate it into actionable strategies and improvements.
- Drive the People Analytics agenda by contributing to the roadmap and executing projects related to talent acquisition, compensation, workforce planning, and employee feedback mechanisms.
- Engage deeply with multiple analytical projects, including data processing and analysis to support comprehensive workforce insights.
- Develop practical knowledge of analytics tools and methodologies through active participation and mentorship.
- Communicate findings effectively with technical teams and senior leadership to influence strategic human resources decisions.
- Analyze financial aspects tied to personnel, such as labor capitalization and costs.

Qualifications

- Pursuing or holding a degree in Psychology, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
