Role Overview

The Data Analyst position at Starways is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data sourced from diverse government platforms to produce actionable insights aimed at enhancing services and aiding strategic decision-making. Key duties encompass generating reports and dashboards, conducting statistical analyses, and creating data models that comply with relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks.

The Data Analyst will engage collaboratively with cross-functional teams, deliver presentations of their findings in accessible formats, and contribute to ongoing improvements in data quality and performance metrics for government clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data analytics to interpret complex datasets and detect trends.
• Solid foundation in statistical methods to design and validate analyses supporting data-driven decisions.
• Experience in data modeling to organize, optimize, and maintain structures for reporting and integration.
• Effective communication skills to clearly present insights and work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency with tools such as SQL, Excel, and business intelligence platforms like Power BI or Tableau; knowledge of Python or R is advantageous.
• Familiarity with enterprise or government data systems, including data governance and compliance standards.
• Capability to work on-site in Riyadh, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-oriented setting.
