Role Overview

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to convert intricate datasets into actionable insights that aid business decision-making. This role involves gathering, cleansing, and analyzing large volumes of data, recognizing trends and patterns, and producing reports and dashboards that allow stakeholders to track performance and enhance business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze both structured and unstructured datasets to uncover insights.
• Create clear visualizations and prepare both routine and on-demand reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various systems.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver meaningful analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through data-driven approaches.
• Monitor key performance indicators and support enhancements in data governance and business intelligence functions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or Business Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and generate practical business insights.
• Proficient in SQL for effective data querying and validation.
• Experience using data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalents.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the use of formulas and PivotTables.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation tasks.
• Knowledge in statistical analysis, data modeling, and reporting techniques.
• Understanding of ETL procedures, data warehousing concepts, and database management.
• Meticulous attention to maintaining high data quality and integrity.
• Strong problem-solving abilities alongside excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within teams.
• Adaptability to dynamic work environments and eagerness to learn new analytical tools.
