Dark Store Supervisor

Role overview

Keeta is hiring a Dark Store Supervisor for its Dammam service station in Eastern Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on day-to-day site operations across receiving, dispatching, warehouse handling, and smooth logistics coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Run the daily operations of the Dammam service station, including inbound receiving, outbound dispatch, and warehouse activities.
• Make sure goods are delivered on time and work closely with other departments to improve fulfilment efficiency.
• Lead and support team members, build work procedures and plans, and strengthen overall team performance.
• Handle warehouse processes such as stock receipt, dispatch control, inventory management, and loss prevention.
• Identify and solve operational issues that arise in logistics workflows to keep supply chain activities running smoothly.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management or Retail Operations Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics operations and retail store management; prior team management experience is preferred.
• Strong grasp of logistics operating procedures and applicable regulations, along with solid problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
• Ability to adapt quickly and remain positive and effective in high-pressure situations.
• English proficiency suitable for workplace communication.
