Job Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a full-time Customer Success Manager based in Boca Raton, FL, with flexible work-from-home options. The person in this role will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, nurturing strong client relationships, and boosting customer retention through proactive engagement and support. This includes analyzing customer data to recognize patterns and developing solutions that address client requirements. You will work collaboratively across departments to facilitate the successful deployment and continued use of GoAccess products while representing the customer perspective within the company.

• Experience within SaaS, access control, or related sectors is advantageous
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related discipline
