Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, client-focused Customer Success Coordinator to join WarriorBabe. This individual will be well-versed in our product offerings, particularly the WarriorBabe VIP Program, and passionate about supporting women throughout their fitness journeys. The Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships from onboarding through continued engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with coach-client introductions during welcome calls under the guidance of the Customer Success Manager.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding program usage and onboarding requirements via phone, email, and text.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate client issues efficiently.
  • Identify clients who could benefit from additional WarriorBabe services and facilitate warm transitions to relevant teams.
  • Support efforts to keep clients engaged, overcome onboarding challenges, and sustain motivation towards their goals.
  • Help drive renewal and upgrade opportunities by identifying next steps within the WarriorBabe ecosystem, maintaining a client-first perspective.

Candidate Qualifications

  • 3 to 5+ years of customer service experience preferably in client success roles.
  • Outstanding communication skills with clear, empathetic, and professional verbal and written abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and project management tools to streamline client interactions and tasks.
  • Excellent multitasking and time-management skills to juggle multiple client requests promptly and accurately.

Position Requirements

  • Availability to work evening hours Monday to Friday until 9pm PST/12am EST and Saturdays between 7am-3pm PST/10am-6pm EST.
  • Participation in monthly company-wide meetings and weekly team huddles on customer support and success.
  • Preferred residence on the U.S. west coast or the ability to accommodate relevant time zones.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting hourly wage at $28.00, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance and experience.

  • Full-time remote position offering flexible scheduling aside from mandatory meetings.
