Role Summary
The organization is looking to add a Customer Support Agent focused on collections. This position is based onsite and involves direct interaction with customers, handling inquiries, and following up on payments while delivering a professional service experience.
Key Duties
- Respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely and helpful manner.
- Oversee payment follow-ups and collections activities.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service in day-to-day interactions.
