Aditya Birla Capital is seeking a Customer Service Executive based in Karnataka, India. The role requires managing complex and evolving processes while consistently maintaining high accuracy and confidentiality standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver 100% accuracy across diverse tasks despite rapidly changing procedures and multiple organizational policies.
- Adapt to frequent extended work hours, including responding effectively to seasonal and unpredictable volume spikes without system validation assistance.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of information and documentation, even when faced with limited infrastructure and minimal support.
- Operate numerous systems simultaneously—more than 15 applications—while dealing with constraints like server bandwidth and connectivity challenges.
- Handle sales behaviors appropriately to ensure compliance with both internal and external regulatory guidelines.
