Customer Service Executive - Business Loans

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive (CSE) specializing in business loans to connect with and assist customers effectively. This role involves promoting various loan options, managing leads, processing applications, and maintaining detailed customer records within a dynamic sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to explain different business loan products comprehensively.
• Identify and generate new leads by locating potential clients.
• Assess customer needs to suggest appropriate loan solutions.
• Support customers through the documentation process and the submission of loan applications.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Maintain and regularly update customer information in the CRM system.
• Consistently strive to meet monthly sales targets and productivity goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) is mandatory.
• A minimum of six months' experience in direct or mixed sales is required; experience in BFSI or related sectors is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with financial industries such as banking, NBFCs, telecom, or insurance is advantageous.
• Excellent communication abilities and persuasive skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven workplace.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Previous sales experience related to business loans, personal loans, loan against property (LAP), credit cards, or banking products.
• Strong aptitude for customer relationship management and handling.

Compensation and Location

Salary will be competitive as per company standards, including attractive incentives. The job location will be assigned based on organizational needs within the Delhi-NCR region.
