Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Service Coordinator to join Aztec Shipping LLC in Dubai. The coordinator will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing timely support, managing client interactions, liaising with international logistics partners for quotations, and overseeing front desk operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven skills in customer satisfaction, support, and experience management
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in a freight forwarding environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with empathy toward customers
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Adept at problem-solving and managing challenging situations
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems
• Prior customer service experience is preferred
• Multilingual proficiency is an advantage
