Overview
Become a key contributor to TWYFORD International's MICASSO new project based in Dar es Salaam by joining as a Customer Service Consultant. This role focuses on engaging and managing customer relationships to support sustained business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture durable relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Assess customer requirements and suggest suitable product solutions.
- Carry out product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to advance sales efforts.
- Strive to meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets alongside other performance indicators.
- Develop initiatives to attract new leads and broaden the client base.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close lucrative deals.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, pricing, features, and competitive landscape.
- Perform market research to detect trends, competitor actions, and new business opportunities.
- Provide constructive feedback to marketing and product teams derived from customer insights.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, including updating CRM systems with client data, sales activities, and progress reports.
- Collaborate efficiently with marketing teams on promotional campaigns, and coordinate with operations and customer service to ensure smooth order processing and customer delight.
- Take part in relevant training sessions, trade exhibitions, and marketing events to represent company products.
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to confirm client satisfaction, encourage additional sales, and swiftly resolve any inquiries or complaints.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related disciplines.
- 1 to 3 years’ background in customer service, sales, or technical support, preferably with shop management experience.
- Experience in FMCG, ceramics, construction, or building materials sectors is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
- Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM software is advantageous.
