About the Role

We seek a personable and self-assured individual to manage customer interactions effectively. This involves handling incoming customer calls, sharing detailed product information along with images, and encouraging customers to visit the showroom for enhanced experience. The role also includes explaining website features to customers and assisting them in placing orders online.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer calls with professionalism and clarity.
Provide comprehensive product descriptions and visual details.
Encourage and guide customers to physically visit the showroom.
Clarify website functionality and support customers in online ordering.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure prompt and effective customer support.
