Job Overview
Join Loyal Insurance Services as a Customer Relations Specialist in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role centers on engaging with clients to provide car insurance renewal quotations and guiding them through policy details to encourage renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customers with car insurance renewal quotes through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
- Clearly communicate insurance details including quotes, coverage options, additional benefits, and policy features to clients.
- Regularly follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into confirmed policy renewals.
- Foster robust customer relationships by offering prompt assistance and addressing basic inquiries efficiently.
- Accurately record customer interactions, follow-up progress, and policy closure information in CRM systems or Excel spreadsheets.
- Work closely with internal teams to guarantee timely issuance of policies and support for customers.
Compensation
This position offers a monthly salary in the range of 12,000 to 21,000 INR.
