Role Overview
We are working alongside a cutting-edge SaaS company to find a Customer Software Project Manager based in Limerick. This role is responsible for the complete delivery lifecycle of SaaS solutions, ensuring customers quickly and consistently realize the product's value. Acting as a link between Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, the manager oversees implementations, handles risk mitigation, and nurtures strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle SaaS implementations, ensuring delivery is on schedule, within budget, and according to defined scope.
- Oversee several simultaneous customer deployments, prioritizing based on business impact and complexity.
- Streamline onboarding procedures including data migration, integration processes, and user education.
- Serve as the main contact point for customers during implementation phases, managing their expectations and fostering trust.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure deliverables meet customer needs and represent customer interests internally.
- Promote product adoption through customized training programs, tracking KPIs such as time-to-value and adoption rates, and utilizing reusable delivery playbooks.
- Leverage project management and CRM tools like Jira, Asana, Salesforce, and HubSpot to monitor progress and document outcomes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in SaaS customer delivery, implementation, or technical project management.
- A track record of managing sophisticated SaaS deployments, including data migration and API integrations.
- Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies and related tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially within enterprise-level customer settings.
- Strong analytical abilities with expertise in tracking key performance indicators such as CSAT and NPS.
- Technical knowledge allowing effective collaboration with engineering teams on APIs and cloud platforms.
