Customer Care Executive

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented graduates to join us as Customer Care Executives through a rigorous 6-month internship program. This initiative offers certified on-the-job training provided by government authorities, aiming to enhance your communication and customer service capabilities. Post completion, successful interns will be advanced to the position of Junior Relationship Executive, opening doors for further career development within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Make at least 100 calls daily for lead generation, client acquisition, and retention activities.
• Address customer inquiries, provide detailed product and service information, and resolve complaints promptly.
• Manage order processing and offer appropriate solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Engage in initiatives geared toward increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support in collecting and applying customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Handle routine administrative duties such as data entry and record keeping.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize service efficiency and fulfill customer expectations.
• Acquire knowledge of financial services and assist customers accordingly.
• Enhance communication and problem-solving skills through direct customer engagement.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Fresh graduates who completed their education between 2020 and 2025.
• Excellent communication skills paired with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
• Team-oriented with a cooperative approach to work.

Training and Certification

• Extensive on-the-job training with official government certification.

Salary and Benefits

• Annual salary package starting at ₹2,50,000 up to ₹2,92,000 (including base and variable components).

Branches located within a 5km to 10km radius of your residence in the following regions: Coimbatore - Kuniamuthur, Coimbatore - Karamadai, Coimbatore - Thondamuthur, Coimbatore - Maniakkaranpalayam.
