Role Overview
The Customer Care Executive at Voganow Fashions Private Limited is responsible for driving new business opportunities, engaging with customers to provide personalized product recommendations, and supporting sales through effective communication and negotiation. The role also emphasizes strong relationship management post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and pursue new sales leads using cold calls, networking, and digital platforms.
- Engage with clients to accurately assess their needs and present appropriate product or service solutions.
- Prepare pricing quotes, negotiate terms and pricing, and handle objections to secure sales finalization.
- Maintain ongoing contact with customers after purchases to resolve issues, ensure satisfaction, and explore opportunities for additional sales.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer information within CRM systems for accurate tracking.
- Consistently achieve or surpass individual and team sales targets on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 15000 to 25000 INR.
