About the Role

We seek a well-organized and seasoned Customer Care Consultant to deliver outstanding customer service within our Broome Trade Store. This is a unique chance to join a long-standing, tightly knit team that hasn't recruited since 2005. This role suits an experienced retail professional eager to integrate quickly and call this industrial supplies environment their home.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact point for customers via face-to-face, phone, and email communication.
• Offer knowledgeable guidance regarding a broad variety of industrial products.
• Maintain orderly administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure safety protocols are observed and contribute to fostering a positive team environment.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated extensive experience in wholesale, trades, or industrial supplies sectors.
• Clear, positive communication skills both verbally and through email.
• Possession of a valid forklift license and practical forklift operation experience.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset combined with strong communication skills.
