Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues throughout the service journey.
• Embrace new digital tools and processes as part of the company’s ongoing digital transformation.
• Recommend and upsell additional repairs or maintenance identified during vehicle health checks.
• Provide quotes and promote service plans to encourage customer retention within the Stellantis group.
• Gather customer satisfaction feedback during exit briefings and through follow-up communications.
• Estimate repair costs and durations accurately for customers.
• Address customer issues related to repair recommendations and clarify details as needed.
• Keep customers informed about service progress and any additional work required.
• Prepare invoices clearly and process payments efficiently.

Requirements

• Must possess a full, valid UK driving licence.
• Previous experience as an automotive customer advisor is preferred.
