CRM Operations Specialist

Role Overview

This contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to CRM operations by evaluating workflows, sales processes, and automation across multiple platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot. The role includes documenting current sales operations, identifying inefficiencies, supporting AI training with CRM data analysis, and creating training materials to support CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and provide insights on CRM workflows and sales automation logic involving Salesforce, HubSpot, and similar platforms.
• Document existing sales operations methods, uncovering pain points and potential enhancements.
• Offer practical examples and feedback that illustrate best practices in CRM operations and sales enablement.
• Analyze and annotate CRM data and user interactions to assist AI training initiatives.
• Evaluate AI outputs for precision and compatibility with real sales operations.
• Collaborate on drafting and reviewing documentation, training guides, and procedural content for CRM systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven background in CRM and sales operations, specifically with Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Additional familiarity with platforms like Close, Apollo, Salesloft, Intercom, Freshdesk, Shopify, Crayon, or Funnel is advantageous.
• Experience in streamlining sales processes, implementing automation, and maintaining data accuracy within CRMs.
• Strong analytical aptitude and skills in process mapping with meticulous attention to detailed business workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to produce clear documentation and constructive feedback.
• Experience in training or offering feedback on process improvements or software rollouts is beneficial.
