Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Traffic Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This pivotal role is central to our in-house creative agency, managing the workflow of creative projects from initial brief through to final delivery. The position operates on a hybrid working model, requiring two days per week in our London office, with availability starting from September.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the intake process for new creative requests, ensuring clarity, completeness, and actionable briefs.
- Lead briefings and project kick-offs, capturing essential requirements and aligning key stakeholders.
- Evaluate team capacity and workloads to prioritize projects based on business objectives and deadlines.
- Effectively allocate resources across internal teams and external agencies as required.
- Manage and enhance project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Workfront) to maintain project visibility and transparency.
- Facilitate collaboration between creative, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
- Keep timelines on track while proactively identifying and resolving issues or bottlenecks.
- Review all creative outputs to ensure high quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Generate regular reports on workload, performance, and project status.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and workflow effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in traffic management, project management, or account coordination within an agency or in-house creative environment.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines successfully.
- Proficient with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Adobe Workfront.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable influencing and challenging stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experienced in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.
- Familiarity with a variety of creative deliverables, including digital, web, print, and campaigns.
