About Grapevine at New Engen
New Engen is a digital marketing agency dedicated to helping brands grow both in size and intelligence. We create impactful campaigns by integrating media, creative, analytics, influencer, and retail strategies that span the whole customer journey. Grapevine is New Engen's scalable platform enabling brands to quickly license third-party creator content by leveraging a network of 800+ creators for effective social ad campaigns targeting direct-to-consumer brands.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a Creative Strategy Analyst, you will spearhead the creation of performance-focused creative strategies across paid media channels such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You will interpret brand objectives and market insights to craft impactful campaign ideas aimed at resonating with target audiences and boosting key performance indicators.
You will be responsible for generating innovative campaign concepts based on research, trend analysis, and content review, continually exploring new formats and messaging approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness. Crafting clear, actionable creative briefs to guide the production teams in developing high-quality visual and written materials will be crucial, including developing scripts, hooks, shot lists, and messaging frameworks consistent with brand voice.
You will work in collaboration with internal teams to oversee the creative process from ideation through production and post-production, providing direction on visuals and storyboards to ensure compelling video and static advertisements. Analyzing performance data such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CVR will allow you to optimize creative assets, refine messaging, and suggest improvements to advertorial landing pages to maximize campaign outcomes.
Building strong working relationships across Brand Success, design, and cross-functional groups will be essential for aligning creative direction with campaign objectives, contributing ideas, and ensuring cohesive and high-performing marketing efforts.
