Job Overview

Generis Tek Inc is seeking a Creative Designer for a remote contract position based in Philadelphia, PA. This role lasts for 13 weeks, offering an hourly wage between 35 and 40 dollars across a 32-hour workweek from Monday to Thursday.

Role Responsibilities

  • Create and develop engaging print, web, video, and interactive multimedia materials for education, training, and communication purposes.
  • Design blended learning solutions combining multiple techniques and media assets.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to build advanced learning projects focused on performance-based skills training.
  • Deliver content for instructor-led training, eLearning, mobile, and web platforms.
  • Perform photography and photo editing tasks.
  • Handle equipment setup, maintenance, production, post-production, and archiving activities.
  • Produce and edit audio and video content.
  • Support Subject Matter Experts in storyboard creation, assist in production onsite, and manage asset organization.
  • Create motion graphics utilizing artwork and advanced design techniques for multimedia communication.
  • Complete post-production processes under senior staff guidance.
  • Design a variety of print and digital materials adhering to branding and departmental standards.
  • Develop innovative concepts and finalize designs, including 2D and 3D animations.
  • Create interface and responsive web design wireframes and mockups.
  • Deploy designs using SharePoint and other content management systems.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
