Job Overview

We are actively looking to immediately hire 2 skilled cooks to join our team at BurgerQ located in Ecospace, Newtown, Kolkata. This role is essential for maintaining food quality and kitchen efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food as well as handle pre-cooking tasks efficiently.
• Maintain the quality and consistency of all food served.
• Oversee kitchen preparedness and keep stock levels managed.
• Ensure high standards of kitchen hygiene at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably in a fast food or cloud kitchen environment.
• Basic understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Possession of a personal two-wheeler is preferred, with fuel incentives provided as bonus.
• Living close to Newtown, Rajarhat, Airport, Lake Town, or Dum Dum areas is desirable.

Compensation & Benefits

The monthly salary is up to Rs. 15,000, inclusive of performance-based incentives. Accommodation assistance is available and can be adjusted based on requirements.
