Role Overview
Join as a Contractor Management Supervisor responsible for leading and coordinating contractor-led maintenance and improvement initiatives. You will ensure projects are carried out safely, on time, and to superior quality standards, providing smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
Key Duties
- Supervise contractor-driven maintenance and enhancement projects from initiation to handover.
- Track contractor progress with regard to timelines, quality benchmarks, and safety obligations.
- Manage pre-occupancy preparations and property readiness activities.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify and rectify defects prior to project completion.
- Administer permits related to high-risk work ensuring strict adherence to compliance guidelines.
- Maintain effective communication channels with contractors, tenants, property personnel, and stakeholders.
- Handle administrative processes including Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Facilities Maintenance Work Orders (FMWs), and project documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Possess at least 5 years' experience in supervising contractor teams and managing project delivery.
- Have a solid understanding of workplace safety standards, compliance protocols, and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-risk tasks and permit-to-work procedures.
- Excellent organisational capabilities paired with stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Skilled in managing concurrent projects and enforcing contractor responsibility.
